Graduation Information


  1. Tickets are required for admission to the graduation ceremony. Preschool children (those not yet in kindergarten) do not need an admission ticket.
  2. The ceremony will begin at 7:00 PM on 8 June 2010.  Doors will open at 5:30 PM.
  3. Graduating seniors should be present in cap and gown at 5:30 in the Dover Theater.  Seniors must observe the graduation dress code.
  4. Parking for Graduates:  Park behind Withrow and Craig Halls.  Drive on West College Avenue toward Crawley Hospital.  Turn into Dixon Gate entrance.  Your admission to this parking lot is your cap and gown.
  5. Guest parking:  There are two entrances that can be used.
    1. Enter Stadium Drive from West College Avenue.  (Stadium Drive entrance near Hardees Restaurant is closed due to construction.)  Enter Stadium Drive from West College Avenue.  This entrance is located between Spring Street and Crawley Hospital. Staff will direct you to parking locations.
    2. Enter Jarrell Gate:  The Jarrell Gate is on South Main Street just past Noel Hall on the right if you are driving south from the stoplight.  Staff will direct you to parking locations.
  6. Handicap parking will be in the lot in front of the Lutz Yelton Center.  Staff will direct you.
  7. Guests using wheelchairs should use designated areas on the main floor for best access.
  8. Cameras are welcome during the ceremony but guests may not approach the stage to take pictures during the ceremony.

Graduation Information

 

Senior Scholarship and Awards Program

1)   Senior Awards Program begins at 7:00 PM on 3 June 2010 in the Lutz Yelton Center.

2)   Graduating Seniors should arrive by 6:15 for the Awards Program.

3)   Tickets are not required for guests to attend the Awards Program.

4)   Seniors will wear cap and gown to the Awards Program.

5)   There are no parking restrictions for the Awards Program.

 

Saturday Practice

1)   Graduating seniors have their final mandatory practice at 9:00 AM on Saturday, 5 June 2010.

2)   Practice will last about two hours.
